Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a rim spoke mounting structure, comprising a spoke body and a buffer gasket assembly, wherein one end of the spoke body is detachably inserted into a spoke hole of a rim, and the buffer gasket assembly is arranged between the end of the spoke body and the spoke hole. In the rim spoke mounting structure provided in the present invention, the end of the spoke body is of a threaded structure and is used for passing through the rim spoke hole so as to be fixed by means of a nut in a matching manner; and by arranging the combination of a hard gasket and an elastic gasket between the rim and the nut on the spoke body, the problem whereby the tension of the spoke is reduced due to the internal stress generated by a radial load generated by the tire pressure and bearing after the rim is assembled into a wheel set is effectively solved while the fastening connection between the spoke and the rim is ensured, such that the rim can be kept stable under different conditions, moreover, the phenomenon whereby the rim spoke hole is deformed and broken due to the fact that the tension of the rim is blindly increased during spoke assembling in order to meet the tension requirement of a riding process is avoided.
