Abstract:
A rigid, true triaxial test piece elastic box clamp and a rock sample displacement monitoring method, relating to the technical field of indoor rock mechanics testing. The clamp is primarily composed of six pressing plates (4, 5, 8, 12, 16, 18) and eight leaf springs (1, 15), and the whole structure forms an elastic pressure box. One surface of the elastic pressure box can be detached, greatly reducing the operation steps of the rock sample mounting, and saving mounting time. The springs (1, 15) that connect the pressing plates (4, 5, 8, 12, 16, 18) are both able to ensure the stability of the clamp, and not impact the stress state of other surfaces of the rock sample when a rock sample true triaxial single-surface unloading test is carried out, thus guaranteeing the accuracy of the test. Further provided is a method for monitoring displacement of a rock sample displacement utilizing the elastic box clamp. In the method, six displacement sensors (6) are added on the elastic box clamp, two displacement sensors (6) being installed in each axial direction, thus allowing displacement of the rock sample to be monitored in real time at the same time that true triaxial rigid loading testing is carried out.
