Abstract:
The present application discloses a rice non-stickiness control method in a heat preservation stage of a cooking appliance, and a rice cooker. The cooking appliance completes rice cooking by means of an uncoated inner pot, and the method comprises: after cooking is completed, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a heat preservation stage; acquiring bottom temperature data of the inner pot of the cooking appliance, and according to comparison between the bottom temperature data and preset values, controlling a heating device to intermittently heat the inner pot; acquiring a cover opening state of the cooking appliance, and if the cover is detected to be opened, executing a first heat preservation stage after the cover is closed; if the cover is not detected to be opened, executing a second heat preservation stage; in the first heat preservation stage, controlling the heating device to heat the inner pot at a first preset value; and in the second heat preservation stage, controlling the heating device to heat the inner pot at a second preset value, wherein the second preset value is greater than the first preset value. By means of the control method, the non-stick effect of uncoated inner pots can be improved.
