Description:
REUSABLE TREE SHAPED PACKAGING AND DISPENSING APPARATUS

TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for enhancing aesthetics. More particularly, the present invention relates to the apparatus forpackaging and dispensing packages.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present disclosure. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.

[003] There are many types of counter-top beverage machines that can brew a beverage. In general, there are two styles of beveragemachines: soluble container machines and hopper machines.

[004] Soluble container beverage machines are economical and have a small counter-top footprint. Further, soluble container machines allow a wide range of single-service beverages to be produced by the machine. A user inserts a container including a soluble substance into the machine and the machine brews a beverage using the soluble substance. However, because the soluble substances are pre-packaged, these machines do not allow for “freshly ground” beveragesto be brewed.

[005] Hopper machines have a larger footprint and are more expensive. However, hopper machines allow a user to produce a beverage using a freshly ground substance. Hopper machines include a hopper that can be filled with a substance that can be freshly ground and brewed into a beverage. However, due to the nature of the brewing process in hopper machines, they only allow for a user to brew a beverage using whatever substance is in the hopper. There are usually only a few different beverage options in a hopper machine.

[006] The packets comprises any or a combination of composition for preparing a beverage, spices, herbs and edible items such as salt, pepper, butter, ketchup (sauces), mustard etc. are kept in boxes or pouches in cupboards, side stands, or dining tables in houses or offices. [007] The purpose of the present disclosure is to bring the package to the centre of display in order to increase visibility and appeal for the product. Also, the package will make the product easy to use, and change the way the product is stored.

OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE

[008] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfies are as listed herein below.

[009] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a reusable tree shaped packaging and dispensing apparatus.

[0010] It is another object of the present disclosure to provide a reusable tree shaped packaging and dispensing apparatusthat can be used for enhancing aesthetics of ambient area. [0011] It is another object of the present disclosure to provide a reusable tree shaped packaging and dispensing apparatus that provide easy replenishing and dispensing of package.

[0034] In an aspect, the packets are leaf shaped.

[0035] In an aspect, the packets comprise any or a combination of composition for preparing a beverage, spices, herbs and edible items such as salt, pepper, butter, ketchup (sauces), mustard etc.

[0036] In an aspect, the container comprises a mixture for enabling coupling of the vertical member with the container to facilitate erecting of the vertical member, and wherein the container is made of any one or a combination of paper, plastic, wood, metal, concrete, glass, polyester, vinyl, coir, ceramic, fibre glass, metal, terra cottaand foam.

[0037] In an aspect, material of the mixture is selected from any or a combination of sand, mud, clay, plaster, plastic and gravel.

[0038] In an aspect, material of apparatus is selected from a group comprising of: paper, plastic, wood, plaster, aluminium, fibre optic cable, cardboard, silicon, clay, feather, holographic mylar, wires, and Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC)

[0039] The present disclosure provides a unique packaging design in whichthe composition for making a beverage is in a dip pouch, which is enclosed in a sachet having the shape of a leaf. Forcomposition such as but not limited to salt, pepper, butter, ketchup (sauces), mustard etc., the leaf shaped sachet acts as a packet and there is no dip like mechanism for beverages. This leaf shaped sachet is attached to the branch of a tree shaped object made of any one or a combination of paper, plastic, wood, plaster, aluminium, fibre optic cable, cardboard, silicon, clay, feather, holographic mylar, wires, UPVC etc., using a magnet or any other detachable substance which is embedded in the branch as well as the sachet.

[0040] The leaf shaped sachet when detached can be torn and used as a regular packet. The tree shaped package is enclosed in another package to protect the package from being damaged during transportation. The tree acts as a stand/holder/dispenser for the beverage composition or, spices, herbs and edible items such as salt, pepper, butter, ketchup (sauces), mustard etc., which canalso be bought separately and attached to the tree package as well. The tree shaped object will be supported by a base of any one or a combination of paper, plastic, wood, plaster, aluminium, fibre optic cable, cardboard, silicon, clay, feather, holographic mylar, wires, UPVC etc. to give it balance on the table.

[0041] The colour of the leaf shaped sachet can also be changed accordingly based on the type of composition.

[0042] The design of the present invention is to bring about a change in appearance of the way composition for preparing a beverage, spices, herbs and edible items such as salt, pepper, butter, ketchup (sauces), mustard etc. are kept in display.

[0043] Accordingly, the present disclosure provides an improved:

- Tree shaped packaging design

- Leaf shaped paper sachet

- Attachment of Leaf shaped sachet with the tree shaped package

[0044] FIGs. 1A &1B schematically illustrate perspective and side views respectively associated with a reusable tree shaped beverage package and dispenser in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0045] In an embodiment, a holding apparatus 100 can be used for holding and dispensing packets 102. The packets 102 can be leaf shaped sachet, package, packets etc. that can comprise a composition for preparing a beverage, spices, herbs and edible items such as salt, pepper, butter, ketchup (sauces), mustard etc.

[0046] In an embodiment, the apparatus 100 can include a container 104 having a flat base and having at least one open end. The container 104 can be filled with a mixture 106 such as sand, mud, clay, gravel etc for providing a support and/or for erecting vertical member 108. In an embodiment, the vertical member 108 can be at least partially submerged into the mixture 106 for erecting the vertical member 108. The vertical member 108 can have one or more arms 110 projecting from an upper portion of the vertical member 108. The container 104 may be made of any one or a combination of ceramic, fibre glass, metal, terra cotta, foam, and so on.

[0047] In an embodiment, the packets 102 can be detachably coupled, using binding agent selected from a group comprising of: magnets, adhesive, wax, clip, screws, two sided tape, Velcro, lever, fabric, metal, glue, and gum, to the one or more arms 110. Further, the apparatus 100 can be shaped as a potted artificial plant such that the packets 102 (leaf shaped) can be detached or attached to dispense or replenish the packets 102.

[0048] For example, the apparatus 100 can be made tree shaped having the packets 102 that includes composition for preparing a beverage that can be placed as a beverage dispensing machine in an organisation, office, home etc. that can be used for improving aesthetics of the ambience.

[0049] The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, versions or examples, which are included to enable a person having ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention when combined with information and knowledge available to the person having ordinary skill in the art.
