Abstract:
The present invention automates either the adjustment of rotating-shaft retreating force, which is a constituent element of cutting-blade-pushing force in a resin cutter, or grinding. On the basis of a technical idea for controlling the cutting-blade-pushing force whereby a plurality of cutting blades for cutting a resin into pellets are pushed against a die disposed on the resin ejection side of an extruder, the present invention comprises determining a wear amount of the plurality of cutting blades and then automatically controlling the magnitude of the rotating-shaft retreating force to be applied to the rotating shaft on the basis of the determined wear amount of the plurality of cutting blades.
