Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin composition for laser marking, the resin composition enabling the achievement of characters, symbols and the like having a sharp contrast, while having high strength and high rigidity; and this resin composition for laser marking exhibits excellent laser printing performance on electrical/electronic parts, mechanical parts, automobile parts and the like. This resin composition for laser marking is characterized by containing 20% by mass to 80% by mass of a polyester resin (A), 10% by mass to 50% by mass of glass fibers (B), and 0.1% by mass to 10% by mass of potassium titanate (C). It is preferable that the polyester resin (A) is a polybutylene terephthalate or a polyethylene terephthalate.
