Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to notify a notification receiver that a subject is in a location related to a location where an event is occurring. An event detection means (11) detects that a prescribed event is occurring. A position information detection means (12) detects position information of a subject who is a person to be subjected to position detection. An identification means (13) identifies a subject for whom reporting is to be performed on the basis of the position information of the location where the occurrence of the prescribed event was detected and the position information detected by the position information detection means (12). A notification means (14) issues a notification of the position information of the subject identified by the identification means (13) to a notification receiver terminal registered in association with said subject.
