Abstract:
A reinforcing tube of a bicycle frame, comprising a tube body (3) fixed between a frame main tube (1) and a five-way tube (2) in an inclined crossing manner. The sections of tube sections at two ends of the tube body (3) are two symmetrical arcs which are intersected on two sides to form a flat shape, and connecting lines of intersection points on two sides of the symmetrical arcs of the sections of the tube sections at the two ends of the tube body (3) are perpendicular to each other. The section of the tube section at one end of the tube body (3) is in a flat shape formed by two connected symmetrical arc-shaped edges, and when the tube section is connected to the frame main tube (1), the connecting line of the intersection points of the two symmetrical arc-shaped edges is parallel to the frame main tube (1), so that a longitudinal size of a connecting section of the tube body (3) and the frame main tube (1) is larger than a transverse size, and the longitudinal rigidity of the frame main tube (1) is improved; the section of the tube section of the other port of the tube body (3) is oval, and the long axis of the oval is parallel to the five-way tube, so that a longitudinal size of the end portion of the reinforcing tube at the joint of the tube body (3) and the five-way tube (2) is smaller than the transverse size, the transverse connecting area of the reinforcing tube and the five-way tube (2) can be increased, and the transverse rigidity of the bicycle frame is effectively enhanced.
