Abstract:
The present invention provides a regeneration method and a regeneration structure for an RC construction designed to achieve a reduction in man-hour and a reduction in cost required for renovation without demolishing a main structure of an existing building. The regeneration method for an RC construction according to the present invention comprises: a removal stage in which an obstructive structure part of the RC construction is removed to secure a space necessary for forming a plurality of unit rooms having a predetermined outer size while maintaining the building frame of the RC construction including posts and beams; and a unit room forming stage in which the plurality of unit rooms are formed in the space formed in the removal stage. The plurality of unit rooms are each surrounded by a predefined entrance door and inner walls and equipped with at least a bedroom and a unit bathroom including a toilet, the unit rooms including a previously uniformly defined combination of an arrangement and interior of the bedroom and the unit bathroom.
