Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a refresh circuit, a memory, and a refreshing method. The refresh circuit comprises: a refresh counter, configured to output an address signal by means of a plurality of address pins; an address mixer, configured to output a row address selection signal according to the address signal received by a row address pin, and output a first block address signal according to the address signal received by a block address pin; and receive a refresh signal and a power supply voltage signal, and output a fixed second block address signal according to the refresh signal and the power supply voltage signal; and an address pre-decoding circuit, configured to output a preset number of block address selection signals according to the first block address signal and the second block address signal.
