Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a reflection-type flat flow channel with gradually changing strip-shaped grid cells, and a flowmeter system. A cross section of the flat flow channel is rectangular, and two ultrasonic sensors are provided in the middle of one side wall of the flat flow channel in a vertical direction. Included angles between the axes of the two ultrasonic sensors and a flow direction of the flat flow channel are both Φ, extension lines of the axes of the two ultrasonic sensors intersect on the other side wall, and a plane determined by the axes of the two ultrasonic sensors is perpendicular to the side wall. A plurality of strip-shaped grid cells with gradually changing heights are respectively arranged on an upper and a lower inner wall face of the flat flow channel in the flow direction, and the heights of the strip-shaped grid cells closest to the ultrasonic sensors are not less than (I), D being the size of an effective radiant surface of each ultrasonic sensor; and in a direction away from the ultrasonic sensors, the heights of the strip-shaped grid cells gradually decrease. The present invention can effectively solve the problem of it not being possible for a flat flow channel using conventional strip-shaped grid cells to be applied to a reflection-type flow channel, and can help the flowmeter system precisely measure gas flow.
