Abstract:
Disclosed is a recycling method for an MXene preparation residue, which comprises the following steps: recycling a bottom residue precipitate obtained in the process of preparing MXene with MILD method etching, mixing same with a PVA melt liquid, and then drying the resulting mixture to prepare a Ti3C2Tx-Ti3AlC2/PVA composite film. While achieving resource utilization of MXene process residues, the present invention effectively takes into account the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the obtained composite film, which shows good stability and extremely high sensitivity to stress and strain, and is thus suitable for the fields of flexible connection and sensing for biosensors, robots and the like. Meanwhile, the notable economic and environmental benefits achieved make the invention suitable for widespread application.
