Abstract:
A recyclable and repairable thermosetting resin, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, which belong to the technical field of thermosetting resin materials. The thermosetting resin is obtained from the following components in parts by weight by means of double dynamic covalent bond hybridization, such that a Schiff base reaction is carried out on hydroxyamino, amino and aldehyde monomers: 1-50 parts of a hydroxyamino monomer, 1-100 parts of a solvent, 1-100 parts of polyfunctional aldehyde, and 1-50 parts of a cross-linking agent. The hydroxyamino monomer is obtained from the following components in parts by weight by passing through an acylation reaction of amino and anhydride groups: 1-20 parts of a hydroxyl monomer, 1-300 parts of a solvent, 3-60 parts of hydrazine hydrate, 1-80 parts of N-hydroxyphthalimide, 2-80 parts of triphenylphosphine, and 1-40 parts of diisopropyl azodicarboxylate. The preparation method for a thermosetting resin of the present invention may be implemented on traditional and simple synthesis devices, has low costs, is environmentally friendly, and easily achieves industrial production.
