The present invention relates to a recyclable cosmetic case comprising: a lower container having an accommodation space; an upper cap unit rotatably coupled to the lower container so as to selectively open and close the accommodation space of the lower container; and a refill unit detachably coupled to the lower container to enable refilling by a user and including a refill container body having a filling space to be filled with a cosmetic substance, and a refill cover rotatably coupled to the refill container body so as to selectively open and close the filling space of the refill container body, wherein the upper cap unit includes: a first cover rotatably coupled to the lower container and having an elastically supporting rib that protrudes in a ring shape toward the center from an inner surface defining a through hole for exposing the surface of a mirror and is elastically deformable so as to support the edge of the mirror and expose the surface of the mirror to the user, and a fixing groove portion and a guide groove portion having different depths which protrude outward from an outer surface defining the through hole; and a second cover having a fastening protrusion sequentially inserted into the guide groove portion and the fixing groove portion, and coupled to or separated from the first cover on which the mirror is seated according to the insertion or release of the fastening protrusion.
