Abstract:
A rectifying converter for an uninterruptible power supply and a control method therefor. The rectifying converter comprises a rectifying-discharging reusing module, a first mains switch module, a second mains switch module, and a battery switch module; the rectifying-discharging reusing module comprises a filtering unit and a rectifying-discharging unit which are connected to each other; the battery switch module is connected between a battery power supply and the filtering unit, and works when powered by the battery power supply so as to control the filtering unit and the rectifying-discharging unit to perform discharge output on battery input current; the first mains switch module is connected between a mains power supply and the filtering unit; the second mains switch module is connected between the filtering unit and the rectifying-discharging unit, and works when powered by the mains power supply so as to control the filtering unit and the rectifying-discharging unit to perform rectification output on mains input current. According to the present invention, a rectifier and a battery discharger can be reused, such that devices are saved, and the cost and size of an uninterruptible power supply are greatly reduced.
