Abstract:
This reception control device (10) accommodates a plurality of terminal devices (20) that are respectively used by a plurality of users, and a reception device (30) which receives a visitor, the control device comprising: a scheduled visit database (11) in which authentication information about a scheduled visitor can be registered in association with a user; an acquisition unit (12) which acquires, from the reception device (30), authentication information about a visitor when the visitor visits; a calling unit (13) which calls a terminal device selected from among the plurality of terminal devices (20) on the basis of a collation result of the acquired authentication information about the visitor with the registered authentication information about the scheduled visitor; and a registration unit (14) which registers, in the scheduled visit database (11), the acquired authentication information about the visitor in association with the user of the terminal device (20) on the basis of a response result of the terminal device (20) for the call.
