Abstract:

A reamer for a wire harness rubber member, comprising a base, a vertical square support plate being mounted on the base, characterized in that: four telescopic cylinders are mounted on the support plate, the four telescopic cylinders are distributed in pairs along diagonal lines of the support plate, extending ends of the telescopic cylinders point to the center of the support plate, the extending end of each cylinder is respectively connected to a reaming claw by means of a push rod, the reaming claw is a fan-shaped cylinder, and when the four telescopic cylinders are fully extended, the four reaming claws are combined into a cylindrical pin. A ream hole contact face of the reamer is a circular arc face, the contact area is large, the intensity of pressure is small, and the stress during reaming is uniform, thereby being able to effectively avoid tearing and deformation.
