A real-time detection system in an intelligent assembly system of a one-way clutch. The intelligent assembly system of the one-way clutch comprises an automatic assembly line (100) of a star wheel (2) and an output shaft (1) and an automatic assembly line (200) of a spring seat (7) and a snap spring seat (8). The detection system comprises a during-assembly detection device (800) and a post-assembly detection device (900). The during-assembly detection device (800) is provided on the automatic assembly line (100) of the star wheel (2) and the output shaft (1), and the post-assembly detection device (900) is provided behind the automatic assembly line (200) of the spring seat (7) and the snap spring seat (8). According to the detection system, the technical problem that disqualification can only be found after assembly is completed is solved, such that once there is a problem in the assembly of the one-way clutch, it can be found in time.
