Abstract:
The present invention provides a reaction system and method for ammoximation and tert-butyl alcohol recovery. The reaction system comprises an oximation reactor, a reaction clear liquid buffer tank, a tail gas absorption tower, a tert-butyl alcohol recovery tower, and a tert-butyl alcohol reflux tank. A tail gas outlet is formed at the top of the oximation reactor; a discharge port is formed at the bottom of the oximation reactor; the discharge port is connected to the reaction clear liquid buffer tank; the tail gas outlet is connected to the tail gas absorption tower; a material from the reaction clear liquid buffer tank is introduced from the middle section of the tert-butyl alcohol recovery tower; the top of the tert-butyl alcohol recovery tower is connected to the tert-butyl alcohol reflux tank; and an external circulation heat exchange apparatus is provided outside the oximation reactor, and a micro-interface generator is provided inside for dispersing and breaking a gas. According to the reaction system for ammoximation and tert-butyl alcohol recovery in the present invention, after providing the micro-interface generator inside the reactor, the mass transfer area of a gas-liquid phase is increased, and the reaction temperature and pressure are reduced, thereby suppressing the occurrence of side reactions and improving the efficiency of the oximation reaction.
