Abstract:
Methods and apparatuses of the disclosure can dynamicly generate randomness for a given blockchain based on data in blocks of other blockchains. It is able to dynamicly generate randomness that cannot be predicted in advance or biasable by any participant, but can be verifiable by any observer, scaled, and executed with low computational resources.
