Abstract:
A RAFT polymerization reaction solution which contains a RAFT agent expressed by a specific chemical formula, water and a water-soluble inorganic base, and may also contain a polymerization initiator as an optional component, wherein the RAFT agent has an acid group, the acid group forms a salt, and the mole ratio represented by M3/(M1+M2) of the mole number M1 of the acid group which forms said salt, the mole number M2 of the acid group which may form a salt of the polymerization initiator and the mole number M3 of the water-soluble inorganic base is 1.0-10.
