Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of microelectronic mechanical systems, and provides a radio frequency microelectronic mechanical switch and a radio frequency device, capable of at least partially solving the problem that the functional performance of an existing radio frequency microelectronic mechanical switch is easily affected by scenes such as device bending and deformation. The frequency microelectronic mechanical switch of the present disclosure comprises: a substrate, and a signal electrode, a first ground electrode, a second ground electrode and a connecting film bridge which are provided on the substrate; the connecting film bridge spans the signal electrode, and has two ends respectively connected to the first ground electrode and the second ground electrode; the connecting film bridge comprises a stretchable structure, the stretchable direction of the stretchable structure being the same as the extension direction of the connecting film bridge.
