Abstract:
A radio frequency low noise amplifier circuit (100) and a radio frequency chip. The circuit comprises: successively connected, a signal input end (1), an input matching circuit (2), an amplification circuit (3), an output matching circuit (4) and a signal output end (6), and further comprises a gain adjustment circuit (5) connected in parallel to the amplification circuit (3), the gain adjustment circuit (5) comprising: a tenth transistor, an eleventh transistor, a twelfth transistor, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, and a fourth capacitor; a source electrode of the tenth transistor, a source electrode of the eleventh transistor, and a source electrode of the twelfth transistor are mutually connected and grounded; a drain electrode of the tenth transistor is connected to a first end of the first resistor, a drain electrode of the eleventh transistor is connected to a first end of the second resistor, and a drain electrode of the twelfth transistor is connected to a first end of the third resistor; and a second end of the first resistor, a second end of the second resistor, and a second end of the third resistor are all connected to a first end of the fourth capacitor. The radio frequency low noise amplifier circuit (100) and the chip have flexible gain adjustment and are highly secure.
