Abstract:

When a radio controller (10) receives a request for connection from UE (30) existing in a macro cell which a macro cell base station (20b) accommodates, it executes a call connection. Then, it searches for a femto cell adjacent to or overlapping the macro cell wherein the UE (30) exists and a femto base station (20a) accommodating the femto cell, and instructs the retrieved femto base station to resume. Thereafter, the radio controller (10) instructs the UE (30) to hand over to the femto cell.
