A quick unwinding device for a waterproof film, relating to the technical field of film unwinding devices. The quick unwinding device comprises guide rail frames and an unwinding vehicle; two sets of guide rail frames are arranged in parallel, and a supporting rod is arranged between the two sets of guide rail frames; the unwinding vehicle can slide in the length direction of the guide rail frames; each guide rail frame comprises a plurality of sets of guide rail units which are sequentially connected end to end; the unwinding vehicle comprises a movable bottom plate; two mounting seats are symmetrically arranged at the top of the movable bottom plate; a roller is provided between the two mounting seats; the roller is rotatably connected to the mounting seats; coiled material fixing assemblies are disposed at two ends of the roller; roller wheels are disposed at the bottom of the movable bottom plate, and are connected to the guide rail units in a rolling mode. By mounting the detachable guide rail frames and the unwinding vehicle capable of being mated with the guide rail frames for unwinding, the guide rail frames can be quickly disassembled and moved, so that the paving efficiency can be improved, and the problem that manual paving is easy to skew can be solved.
