Abstract:
The present invention provides a pyrolysis system for controlling excess non-condensible gas, the pyrolysis system comprising a first and a second pyrolysis device, each of which comprises: an input means for inputting polymer waste into a pyrolysis path; a pyrolysis path, one side of which is connected to the input means and in which polymer waste is pyrolyzed by a heating means and moves toward a discharging port at the other side thereof; a gas discharging pipe connected to the discharging port; a gas separator connected to the gas discharging pipe and separating a gas from an oil mist supplied from the pyrolysis path; a cooling means for liquefying the gas separated from the gas separator; a recycling oil storage means for storing a liquefied recycling oil; and a gas supply means which is connected with the cooling means through a non-condensible gas pipe, stores the non-condensible gas, and resupplies the gas to a combustion chamber through a resupplying pipe, wherein: a first and a second gas crossing pipe are connected between the non-condensible gas pipes of the first and the second pyrolysis device; and a first and a second gas crossing valve are formed in the first and the second gas crossing pipe to allow the excess non-condensible gas to move in only one direction.
