Abstract:

Disclosed are a protective starch-based film, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, belonging to the field of food packaging. In the present invention, the preparation method for the protective starch-based film comprises: controlling pH to cause the surface of zinc oxide nanoparticles to adsorb tannic acid and iron ions under the action of metal coordination, obtaining metal polyphenol network coating layer zinc oxide nanoparticles; then adding a dispersion of the metal polyphenol network coating layer zinc oxide nanoparticles into a starch gelatinization liquid, and simultaneously adding a melanin-like precursor, forming a mixed solution; controlling the pH of the mixed solution to induce π-π stacking, a self-polymerization reaction and a metal coordination effect, and finally forming a stable protective starch-based film having a nano-reinforced interpenetrating network structure. The method is simple, green, pollution-free and low in energy consumption, and the prepared starch-based degradable film has remarkable ultraviolet shielding performance, mechanical performance and antibacterial performance, and has wide application prospects in the field of food packaging.
