Abstract:
A protective device for high-altitude welding construction of a large bridge high-strength steel box-shaped arch rib, comprising: a supporting framework (1), which is integrally configured in an arch structure, and a top end of which is provided with a slope structure (11); a protective railing (2), which is arranged at the top end of the supporting framework (1) and is arranged around the top end of the supporting framework (1); a ladder (3), which is fixedly arranged at one end of the supporting framework (1) and is vertically arranged; and a coating structure (4), which coats the supporting framework (1), wherein a joint between two box-shaped arch ribs is positioned in an opening of the arch structure, and the coating structure (4) shields the device from wind and rain. The box-shaped arch ribs pass through the arch structure, the joint between the two box-shaped arch ribs is positioned in the opening of the arch structure, and a welding area is positioned inside the protective device, so that wind and rain can be prevented, the environmental temperature and humidity of a soldering area can be effectively controlled, powerful conditions are provided for high-strength steel welding, the welding quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
