Protective clothing convenient to put on and take off, comprising an upper garment (1) and a lower garment (2), wherein a connecting belt (3) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the back of the upper garment (1); the bottom of the connecting belt (3) is fixedly connected to the top of the back of the lower garment (2); a first zip (4) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the upper garment (1); the bottom of the first zip (4) is fixedly connected to the top of the lower garment (2); a first hook-and-loop fastener (5) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the bottom of the upper garment (1); and the first hook-and-loop fastener (5) covers the outer side of the first zip (4). From the middle of the protective clothing, the lower garment (2) is sleeved on the lower half part of the human body, and the upper garment (1) is sleeved on the upper half part of the human body; and then, the first zip (4) and a second zip (6) are pulled up, and the first hook-and-loop fastener (5) and a second hook-and-loop fastener (7) are attached, so that the protective clothing is worn properly. The protective clothing is simple, convenient and fast to operate. In addition, hand bands (13) and foot bands (16) are tightened to restrict the loose protective clothing, so that the hands and feet can flexibly perform experiment operations.
