Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a protection control method for a power device, and an apparatus, a variable-frequency controller and a storage medium. The protection control method comprises: acquiring a working parameter of a power device (S101); determining a transient junction temperature of the power device according to the working parameter (S102); and adjusting a control signal of the power device according to the transient junction temperature and a preset junction temperature, such that the transient junction temperature is lower than or equal to the preset junction temperature (S103).
