Abstract:
A prosthetic tooth sorting assistance method, comprising: according to prosthetic tooth model size data and corresponding prosthetic tooth parameter data of each prosthetic tooth, calculating the predicted weight of each prosthetic tooth after sintering; after each prosthetic tooth is put into the same sintering furnace for sintering, acquiring the actual weight of each sintered prosthetic tooth; on the basis of the predicted weight of each prosthetic tooth after sintering and the actual weight of each sintered prosthetic tooth, determining candidate prosthetic tooth order data corresponding to each prosthetic tooth; and determining, from the candidate prosthetic tooth order data of each prosthetic tooth, target prosthetic tooth order data of each prosthetic tooth so as to achieve sorting of each prosthetic tooth. The weight of the prosthetic tooth after sintering can be intelligently predicted by means of an algorithm, and the predicted weight is rapidly compared with the actual weight of the sintered prosthetic tooth, thereby being capable of assisting a user in achieving rapid sorting of the prosthetic tooth, and effectively improving the sorting efficiency. According to the prosthetic tooth model size data and the prosthetic tooth parameter data of the prosthetic tooth, the weight of the prosthetic tooth after sintering is predicted and sorting is performed, so that the sorting accuracy of the prosthetic tooth can be improved.
