Abstract:
A production process for a paper nut, comprising the following steps: step 1, determining the diameter of a nut to be made: before a nut is made, clearly knowing the diameter of the nut to be made, for example, making a nut of 5.82 mm, a nut of 8 mm, etc.; step 2, preparing a metal tube having the same diameter or a round bar having the same diameter and made of another material as a mold for determining the inner diameter of the nut; and step 3, selecting a first paper strip having a proper width: selecting a first paper strip having a proper width and a length to be wound around a paper tube multiple rounds. By the process, internally-threaded nuts or externally-threaded nuts can be freely made according to use requirements. When an internally-threaded nut is made, a first paper strip, a second paper strip and a third paper strip are successively wound around the outside of a cylindrical paper tube, and when an externally-threaded nut is made, a third paper strip, a second paper strip and a first paper strip are successively wound around the outside of a cylindrical paper tube, where only a winding sequence is changed. The traditional step of using a nut mechanism for machining threads is replaced, thus reducing the making cost of the nut.
