Abstract:
The present invention provides a production process for a modified friction material, comprising the following steps: providing a waste rubber shoe sole, removing non-rubber substances in the waste rubber shoe sole, and carrying out disinfection treatment; smashing the waste rubber shoe sole into particles, then drying, carrying out rubber mixing treatment, and smashing into rubber mixing particles with the particle diameter of 1-10 mm; mixing the rubber mixing particles with the following components in parts by mass: 85 parts of waste rubber shoe sole powder, 1 part of solid softener, 0.5 part of activating agent, 1.5 parts of accelerator, 5 parts of reinforcing material, 3 parts of liquid softening agent, and 4 parts of sulphur to generate a mixture; and smashing the mixture into particles, foaming, and then smashing into powder, so that the modified friction material is generated. The modified friction material has the advantages of good usability and good ageing resistance.
