Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method for salted sea urchin roe which results in high consumer preference and whereby the shelf life of the salted sea urchin roe can be increased. When the production method for salted sea urchin roe according to the present invention is used, consumer preference can be greatly increased, and the room temperature shelf life of the salted sea urchin roe can be greatly increased.
