Abstract:
Disclosed is a production line for breeding floats. The production line can make a float keep a certain air pressure therein, such that the float adapts to being used in water. The production line comprises a heating device, a blow molding device, a cap arranging device, a carrying device and a welding device, wherein the heating device, the blow molding device and the cap arranging device are connected to the welding device by means of a suspended rail; a sealing cap and a bottle body which is just formed are conveyed to the welding device; the sealing cap is placed at the mouth of the bottle body by means of the carrying device; and the sealing cap is welded to the mouth of the bottle body by means of a turntable of the welding device when the air pressure in the bottle body is still greater than one atmospheric pressure.
