Abstract:
A processing system formed by a combination of a plurality of modules comprises table modules (600, 2200) each provided with a table for securing a workpiece (W), tool modules (500-1, 500-2) connected to the table modules, manipulator modules (2100, 2120, 2130, 2140, 2150, 2160, 2170) connected to the table modules, and drive modules (560, 700, 2112, 2216) on which the table modules, tool modules, and manipulator modules are loaded, the table modules being configured so as to be able to be connected to each other side by side, electric power being supplied from one table module to another table module, and electric power being supplied from each table module to the tool module or manipulator module that is connected to said table module.
