Abstract:
A processing device for a special-shaped low-melting-point alloy core mold, comprising a table (1). A feeding hopper (2) is provided on the top of the table (1); a plurality of support rods (3) is welded between the table (1) and the side surface wall of the feeding hopper (2); and a cavity (4) is formed inside the feeding hopper (2). An adjustment valve (7) is provided on a feeding port (6), and the advantages are: first, a heating wire (5) is energized to heat the feeding hopper (2) to the melting point temperature of a processed alloy; after the alloy is poured in, the alloy is heated by the feeding hopper (2) so as to keep the temperature at the melting point, and the alloy is still liquid, so that the alloy flows out along the inner wall of the feeding hopper (2), leaving no alloy residue in the feeding hopper (2), thus avoiding the waste due to alloy cooling during processing; and second, the area of the feeding port (6) can be adjusted by means of the adjustment valve (7), such that the flow rate of the liquid alloy can be adjusted according to the mold and the required alloy flow rate, thereby improving the production speed control.
