Abstract:
A processing centre and processing method for switching clamping for loading, unloading and positioning for processing, the processing centre comprising a machine tool body, a workbench (10), a beam clamp module, an upper workbench module (20), and an upper machine head (30), wherein the upper machine head (30) is a drilling processing machine head; the machine tool body comprises a Y-direction upper guide rail base (40), and the Y-direction upper guide rail base (40) is positioned above the workbench (10); the upper machine head (30) is arranged on the upper workbench module (20), and can be displaced along the Y-direction upper guide rail base (40); the beam clamp module comprises an X-direction beam (50) and at least four clamping mechanisms that can operate independently and are respectively defined as first to fourth clamping mechanisms (61, 62, 63, 64) from left to right; the X-direction beam (50), an X-direction rack (51) and an X-direction guide rail (52) all extend beyond left and right sides of the workbench (10), and on the left and right sides of the workbench (10) are respectively a loading area (1) and an unloading area (2); and the first clamping mechanism (61) is arranged corresponding to the loading area (1), the second and the third clamping mechanisms (62, 63) can be displaced back and forth to correspond to the loading area (1) and the workbench (10), and the fourth clamping mechanism (64) can be displaced back and forth to correspond to the workbench (10) and the unloading area (2). The processing centre and processing method can effectively improve the overall efficiency of a wood processing centre.
