Abstract:
The present invention discloses a process for attaching breast cups to a stretchable tank top, a hot press therefor, and the tank top. The process is characterized by comprising: the stretchable tank top is put on a suspended lower mold; two movable support rods are moved down to tension the tank top; the movable support rods are jacked at a free end of the lower mold; concave portions are formed on the stretchable tank top by means of a male die and a female die; the two support rods can be moved up reasonably to loosen the tank top such that the concave portions of the stretchable material shrinks uniformly in a mold cavity; and the breast cups can be placed in the concave portions and pressed together with the periphery of the concave portions by means of a pressing frame and the lower mold. The problem related to the machine production of free-cut stretchable tank tops for females is solved, thereby reducing the working intensity of workers and improving the production and manufacturing efficiency.
