Abstract:
Provided is a printing cassette set with which it is possible to adjust transfer torque in accordance with the characteristics of a printing tape. The present disclosure relates to a printing cassette set comprising a first printing cassette and a second printing cassette that are selectively attached to a printing device body provided with a platen roller, a driving source, and a driving rotational unit. The first printing cassette comprises a first printing tape and a first transmission mechanism that, when attached to the printing device body, transmits a driving force from the driving source to the platen roller while causing the platen roller to rotate at a first rotational speed. The second printing cassette comprises a second printing tape and a second transmission mechanism that, when attached to the printing device body, transmits a driving force from the driving source to the platen roller while causing the platen roller to rotate at a second rotational speed. A first transmission coefficient obtained by dividing the rotational speed of the driving rotational unit by the first rotational speed is different from a second transmission coefficient obtained by dividing the rotational speed of the driving rotational unit by the second rotational speed.
