Abstract:
A member 46 having a built-in circuit and being provided to a pressure detection device for detecting the combustion pressure or the like in an internal combustion engine has: a processing circuit that processes a charge signal outputted from a piezoelectric element; a sealing part 60 that has an insulation property and seals the processing circuit; and an input ground electrode 72 that is connected at one end to the processing circuit, that protrudes at the other end from a rear end-side second sealing part 623 provided to the lateral part of the sealing part 60, and that is bent toward a rear end-side back surface 62e provided to the rear end of the sealing part 60. In the input ground electrode 72, a disc spring part 724 disposed on the rear end-side back surface 62e has a bent section 7241 formed in a letter-C shape and a butting section 7242 formed by being bent from the bent section 7241 to the rear end side. The butting section 7242 is pressed to the leading end side by a rear-end outer housing.
