Abstract:
A pressure balance system of a differential pressure sensor, comprising a diaphragm type pressure sensor (100). The diaphragm type pressure sensor (100) is provided with two pressure transmission cavities, the two pressure transmission cavities are respectively connected to pressure guide pipes (130), and the pressure guide pipes (130) and the outer wall of the diaphragm type pressure sensor (100) are sealed. A closed pressure stabilizing box (200) covers the outside of the diaphragm type pressure sensor (100), and a pressure stabilizing cavity (230) is formed in a space between the pressure stabilizing box (200) and the diaphragm type pressure sensor (100); the two pressure guide pipes (130) respectively penetrate out of the pressure stabilizing box (200) outwardly and are sealed to the wall of the pressure stabilizing box (200). A fluid communication port (140) is formed in a pipe wall of any one of the pressure guide pipes (130) corresponding to the pressure stabilizing cavity (230), and the fluid communication port (140) enables the pressure guide pipe (130) to be communicated with the pressure stabilizing cavity (230). The pressure balance system provides a compact pressure stabilizing box (200) for the diaphragm type pressure sensor (100), and one of the pressure transmitting cavities is skillfully communicated with the pressure stabilizing cavity (230) by means of the fluid communication port (140), so that a simple structure of the whole balance system is kept while achieving pressure balance inside and outside the diaphragm type pressure sensor (100).
