Abstract:
A pressing device (160) for ribbons (150), a series welding machine (100), and a method for welding the ribbons (150) and battery sheets (140). The pressing device (160) comprises: a pressing plate (161); a plurality of pressing needle groups (162), the plurality of pressing needle groups (162) being arranged on the pressing plate (161) at intervals in a first direction (D1), each pressing needle group (162) comprising a first pressing needle (162a) and a second pressing needle (162b), the first pressing needle (162a) and the second pressing needle (162b) being spaced by a preset distance in the first direction (D1), and ends of the first pressing needle (162a) and the second pressing needle (162b) away from the pressing plate (161) being provided with pressing heads (162a-1 and 162b-1); and a plurality of heating through holes (163) that penetrate through the pressing plate (161) in the thickness direction (D2) of the pressing plate (161), the plurality of heating through holes (163) being distributed at intervals in the first direction (D1), wherein a gap between the first pressing needle (162a) and the second pressing needle (162b) of each pressing needle group (162) corresponds to at least one heating through hole (163). The pressing device (160) and the series welding machine (100) can selectively heat a welding spot area by providing the heating through holes (163) corresponding to gaps in the pressing needle groups (162), thereby avoiding warping of the battery sheets (140) due to a relatively high temperature difference and avoiding failure of an insulation adhesive.
