Abstract:
A press-fitting positioning tool and a press-fitting device. The press-fitting positioning tool comprises a bearing seat (5), a positioning plate (6) and a supporting pin (7), wherein the top of the bearing seat (5) is provided with a supporting portion (51) for supporting a workpiece disc (2); the bearing seat (5) is provided with an accommodating hole (52) for receiving a workpiece shaft; the positioning plate (6) is provided with at least one positioning through hole (61) for placing a workpiece to be assembled; and the supporting pin (7) is supported in the bearing seat (5) by means of an elastic member (71), and the other end of the supporting pin (7) extends from a top surface of the bearing seat (5) to be at least partially located in the positioning through hole (61). The press-fitting device comprises: the press-fitting positioning tool; a work platform (8) for mounting the bearing seat (5); a press-fitting member vertically mounted on a base (9), wherein the press-fitting member is opposite the positioning plate (6); and a drive mechanism for driving the press-fitting member to move.
