Abstract:
A press fitting device, used for press fitting and connecting a first component and a second component, and comprising: a support (1310), a pressure head (1320), a supporting seat (1330), a first pressing mechanism (1340), a detection mechanism (1360), and a second pressing mechanism (1350). The supporting seat (1330) is used for supporting and bearing a positioning tool; the pressure head (1320) is arranged at a position on the first pressing mechanism (1340) corresponding to the supporting seat (1330); the first pressing mechanism (1340) is arranged on the support (1310), and drives the pressure head (1320) to perform first press fitting along a press fitting direction; the detection mechanism (1360) is arranged on the pressure head (1320) and is used for detecting the position between the first component and the second component after the first press fitting to obtain a first detection result; the second pressing mechanism (1350) is arranged on the support (1310), and drives, according to the first detection result, the pressure head (1320) to perform second press fitting along the press fitting direction. According to the press fitting device, the press fitting precision can be improved by detecting the position between the first component and the second component and by means of the two press fittings.
