Abstract:
A preparation method for an ultra-infiltration coating, comprising the following steps: placing a substrate pre-coated with a hydrophobic reagent in a discharge area of a plasma polymerization reactor, then sealing the discharge area, and switching on a power supply for plasma treatment to obtain the ultra-infiltration coating. The method has the technical characteristics of no need of special pretreatment, a small and exquisite polymerization reactor, convenience in adjustment of the polymerization reactor, no need of special working gas, normal temperature and pressure, rapid reaction, extremely low reagent consumption, low energy consumption and no discharge of three wastes. The prepared hydrophobic coating has good quality such as good hydrophobicity, uniform coating, firm binding force, and good weather resistance.
