Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method of Rimegepant. Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) reacting a compound of formula (III) with a compound of formula (IV) in a solvent 1, in the presence of alkali; 2) after the reaction is finished, adding a solvent 2, and adjusting a pH value to be less than 10; and 3) concentrating an organic phase to obtain a crude product of a compound of formula (II). The method of the present invention is mild in condition, high in yield and high in product purity, and meets the requirements of existing ICH laws and regulations on impurities; and the method is simple and convenient to operate and suitable for industrial production.
