Abstract:
A preparation method and production apparatus for puffed monkey food. The preparation method comprises: (1) laying puffed monkey food (600) in a storage bin (101), adding melt powder into a powder bin (103), and adding a medicament (700) into a quantitative doser (400); (2) starting a grid conveyor belt (200), and adding the puffed monkey food (600) into storage boxes (204); (3) cutting the puffed monkey food (600) to form holes, and discharging the melt powder into the holes on the puffed monkey food (600); (4) adding the medicament into the holes on the puffed monkey food (600) below discharging pipes (404) at intervals by means of the discharging pipes (404); (5) feeding the puffed monkey food (600) into a tunnel oven (500) for drying and curing; (6) the puffed monkey food (600) falling into a collecting barrel from a discharging port at the rear end of the tunnel oven (500); and (7) repeating the steps.
