Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a machine-laminated ball, and disclosed is a preparation method for a machine-laminated ball comprising the following steps: inflating an inner liner, and winding a layer of yarn or wrapping a piece of cloth on a surface of the inner liner to prepare a ball bladder; punching ball leather to obtain a ball cover, punching rubber to obtain a rubber sheet, and positioning and fixing the rubber sheet and ball cover by means of hot pressing to obtain a ball skin; flatly arranging the ball skin in a skin-laminating mold of a skin laminating machine, tightly attaching the ball skin to an inner wall of the skin-laminating mold by means of vacuum attachment, placing the ball bladder in the skin-laminating mold, aligning an air nozzle of the ball tire with an air nozzle of the skin-laminating mold, and then the skin-laminating mold bonds the ball bladder and the ball skin together, so as to prepare an initial machine-laminated ball body; placing the initial machine-laminated ball body into a vulcanization mold having a corresponding size and carrying out vulcanization to obtain a finished machine-laminated ball product; and placing the finished machine-laminated ball product in a shaping machine for shaping. Thus, effectively preventing a ball base layer from falling off, and improving the production efficiency of machine-laminated balls.
