Abstract:
A preparation method for a gradient insulating component, comprising: using topology optimization method to calculate a common spatial optimization target for electrical conductivity and dielectric constant inside of the structure of the gradient insulating component structure; separately calculate an optimal electrical conductivity distribution and an optimal dielectric constant distribution; obtaining a high dielectric region the electrical conductivity of which is high and the dielectric constant of which is high, and calculating a uniform dielectric constant value and a uniform electrical conductivity value of the high dielectric region; and determining, according to the uniform dielectric constant value and the uniform electrical conductivity value, the amount of filler added to the preparation material in the high dielectric region to complete the preparation of the high dielectric part, and completing the preparation of a remaining low insulation region of the insulating component by using a vacuum casting means. The method may quickly optimize a gradient insulating structure for suppressing local electric field distortion, and can adapt to working occasions under different voltages, so that the precise control of the preparation of a gradient insulating component may be achieved, and the insulation effect of the fabricated gradient insulating component is better.
